How To Bid
Bidders are reminded to carefully read and follow the instructions for submitting a bid, as bids that are submitted incorrectly will not be considered. The Board is not obliged to accept any bid nor is the Board required to issue an interest as the result of this Call for Bids.
Below is a list of all written submissions received for public posting by the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board in regards to the NS-13-1 Call for Bids. Written submissions were due by 4pm on October 10th, 2013.

To submit a bid for consideration, please ensure:
- The terms and conditions of Call for Bids NS13-1 have been carefully read.
- Each Bid is submitted in a single sealed envelope.
- The single envelope contains a completed Appendix II “Bid Response Form” that indicates the dollar value of the Work Expenditure Bid.
- The single envelope contains a Bid Deposit (a certified cheque or bank draft payable to the Receiver General for Canada in the amount of $10,000).
- The single envelope is clearly marked “CALL FOR BIDS No. NS13-1 (Parcel #___)”.
- The single envelope is labeled with the bidders name and mailing address.
