Industrial Benefits Information Bulletin
Before the Canada Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board ("the Board") may authorize any work or activity in the Nova Scotia Offshore area, including seismic and/or exploratory drilling, a Canada-Nova Scotia Industrial Benefits and Employment Plan ("Benefits Plan") must be prepared by the operator and submitted to and approved by the Board.
