Safety/Environmental Directives
Safety Directives are additional requirements to the Regulations as determined by the Chief Safety Officer, in accordance with section 142.2 of the Accord Act. Environmental Directives are additional requirements to the Regulations as determined by the Chief Conservation Officer. Compliance with Safety/Environmental Directives is considered a mandatory condition of any work authorization.
