Form of Exploration Licence

The Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board issues Exploration Licences to interest holders, in the respective shares set out opposite the name of each interest holder. Licences are issued pursuant to the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act, S.C. 1988, c. 28, as amended, and the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, S.N.S. 1987, c. 3, as amended.
