Significant Discovery Licence
The submission of a bid by the interest owner in response to Call for Bids No. NS07-1 and its selection by the Board as the winning bid constitutes an agreement between the interest owner and the Board as to the terms and conditions contained herein relating to the portion of the Nova Scotia Offshore Area described in Call for Bids No.NS07-1, Parcel No.________ that becomes subject to a Declaration of Significant Discovery and this Licence.
